"Leggy colt who's delighted me as he's progressed since the sales through to his breaking in and now his first full work prep. He's come back from his spell after the breakers in great fashion. He's grown again and filled out into a lovely young 2YO colt. I'm so pleased with him. His body and attitude gives him the potential to race at 2 and turn into an extremely nice 3YO. "

This colt was our first purchase of the Adelaide Magic Millions Sales and a large portion of the horse has been retained for racing by his breeder in partnership with Widden Stud. He is paid up for Racing Rewards SA and is also eligible for VOBIS Silver and VOBIS Sires bonuses and events.

The Sire:
RUSSIAN CAMELOT is a regally bred winner of the South Australian Derby, the only Northern Hemisphere bred 3YO to ever do so. He gained the honour of Timeforms highest ever Australian rated 3YO of 120.
Remarkably as a 4yo he won the G1 Underwood Stakes and then placed 2nd in the G1 Makybe Diva and Neds Stakes and then ran 3rd in the G1 Cox Plate.
The Dam:
SNOW FIELDS is a 3x winner and is already a winner producing mare.

"What a filly ! She's been given time to grow out and now has the most beautiful frame. Josh kept raving about her when being broken in. She has a wonderful attitude with a bit of fight which I just love. She'll enjoy the Spring and early summer grasses and I can't wait to have her in the stable early 2026.

The Sire:
Astern was a super talented 2&3YO and winner of Group 1 races the TJ Smith and Golden Rose. He ran second in the Group 1 Coolmore Stakes and won the Group 2 Run to the Rose and Silver Slipper. As a sire he has produced two Group 1 winners in Golden Mile (Caulfield Guineas) and Affaire a Suivre (Australasian Oaks).

The Dam:
Aroha Cat is a half sister to the very smart Outback Jack. She is a winner on the racetrack and already the dam of three winners, her best being Hinchpin who was placed at Group 3 level in South Australia. This dam has plenty to come!
